Incinerator for solid waste
The rapid economic development and accelerated industrialization process lead to large number of industrial toxic and hazardous wastes, which may seriously pollute the environment. Through continuous improvement and development. Solid Standing Type Incinerator
Applicable scope:
1ãIndustrial garbage (macromolecule garbage): plastic PE, PU, rubber (tyre), styrofoam, plastic bottle, fiber, foam, cloth, rosin, Acrylic, leather, cowhide scurf, complex board, bakelite powder, carbamide powder, scouring pad, tape, paint, polymer and so on;
2ãIatric garbage: needle cylinder, glove, bandage, gauze, blood filtering pipe, viscera case and so on;
3ãCommon garbage:Â chipboard, wastepaper, wood scrap, leaf and so on;
4ãSpecial garbage: waste oil, waste solvent, dirt mud, dust accumulating pond, paint on iron, residue of mould filtering net and so on.
Characteristic:
1ãWithout any smoke, smell or second public pollution;
2ãDo not require combustion-supporting agent, garbage burns by itself (heating value is 3000kcal/kg), and it reclaims to make much hot water, hot steam and electricity and so on;
3ãThe lifetime of incinerator body is 8-10 years;
4ãZero malfunction: low malfunction rate, low repairing and running cost;
5ãConvenient operation: easy to learn and burn, save the labor, everyone could operate;
