Incinerator for waste gas
Many industries such as petrochemical, printing and dyeing, pesticides chemical and coating etc. may have toxic and harmful gases produced during the production process, which may have great threats to the people's health and environment if not treated. The waste gases from these industries mainly contain small amount of organic gases, sulphide, nitride, phenols and other harmful elements; previously the process with chemical dosing, scrubbing and absorption is used for the treatment of the waste gases, but this process fails to remove those elements that are not soluble in the water; moreover, the absorption process will also cause secondary pollution. Currently the most frequently used treatment process for those waste gases is incineration.
